A Very Dickensian Christmas Eve
Start your Christmas with a day to remember at Doughty Street – Charles Dickens’s only remaining London family home.
Festooned with festive greenery and the rooms ready for a Christmas celebration as the Dickens family would have known it, try your hand at making Christmas pudding in our Victorian pudding demonstration and listen to the eminent Dickens scholar, Professor Michael Slater MBE, reading extracts from A Christmas Carol, in addition to further readings and events around the House.
Tickets will include some warming mulled cider and traditional mince pies.
