The Charles Dickens Museum invites bona
fide researchers to use the resources at the Museum. We have an
important photographic collection, one the finest Dickens-related
libraries in the world and an important archive for those interested
in Dickens as well as Victorian history and culture.
Please book an appointment with the Curator or Librarian if you
wish to use the research facilities. We recommend you contact
us 14 days before your planned visit, but we always try to accomodate
urgent research matters.
There is no fee for using the library. A photocopier is available
on site (20 pence per copy).
No food or drink is allowed in the library. Ink pens are not permitted.
